Nationwide WLAN Upgrade For 950 Car Dealership Locations


A global automotive manufacturer selected our team for an aggressive initiative to upgrade the wired and wireless infrastructure at over 950 unique dealership environments in the United States and Canada. As part of our turnkey delivery, we surveyed each location and laid out a unique predictive site design specific to each dealership.

As part of the installation services we acquired, configured, and installed new:

access points

security applicances

switches

cabling

We also provided first call Tier 1 tech support to aid the installation team as they cut the old network over to the new one.

Upon completion of each dealership, we provided back-end call center support to answer any questions the dealerships had regarding network access including guest Wi-Fi. Each facility had between eight and twenty-four access points mounted both indoors and outdoors in locations upwards of ten acres in size.

Wired/Wireless Network Upgrade For 1,600 Home Improvement Store Locations

This was the largest IT project ever completed in this national retail chain’s history.

It consisted of upgrading wireless and wired network infrastructure in over 1,600 stores completed in a twelve-month time span.

We conducted a successful deployment of cutting-edge IP surveillance systems throughout the entire chain and completed an upgrade of infrastructure, surveillance systems, audio systems, and numerous other technologies on remodeled stores.

PIN Pad Device Refresh and Device Destruction for 775 Book Store Locations

We completed the replacement of over 3,500 EMV Chip Enabled PIN Pads in 775 stores throughout the country. As part of our service agreement, we maintained a secure chain-of-custody from the store location to the destruction facility and provided a Certificate of Destruction for the old PIN Pads.

Speed: Standing Up Equipment & Infrastructure Quickly


Replaced 50,000 POS and Workstation Devices in Two Weeks and Upgraded 1,700 Locations Over Four Months for International Retailer


An international retailer asked for our help replacing twenty-one workstations in key selling areas throughout each store. We installed between three to seven signature capture devices on workstations at the rear of the POS locations to allow customers to pay for big-ticket items without having to stand in line at the checkout. We also:
upgraded 1,700 North American stores in four months
and 38 Canadian locations in just two weeks

Kiosk/Workstation Deployment and Infrastructure Management For 510 Fuel Centers Locations In Two Months

We were responsible for the deployment of new kiosks, workstations, network printers, and servers for a national fuel center chain. We also provided infrastructure management including toning out lines and labeling all cables.

We upgraded the OS images on 20+ machines per store including the server. On the server, we demoted the existing backup domain controller, promoted the new domain controller, and seeded the active directory forest. All of this work was performed at the rate of 11 stores per night for two months.

20-Year Partnership With National Bookstore Chain


During our time working with this client, we did all of the IT for all remodels, all new stores, and upgraded projects for all of their locations all new stores, upgrade projects for all of their locations.

We were the exclusive vendor for the enterprise-wide installation of a Wireless Intrusion Detection/Prevention Device for this national retailer's 750 locations.

The device, which secures the in-store network against rogue penetrations, also has WiFi capability. We also provided device monitoring and tech support to ensure the devices stay online and to report any attempts to breach the network.

13-Year Partnership With International Retail Group

Our team was requested by the parent company of several national retail chains to provide comprehensive, annual equipment sourcing and inventory management for all of its retail brands across 2,000 of its store locations throughout the world.

As a result, we developed a secure, web-based ordering and management platform that provided significant time efficiencies over the previous ordering system and gave the customer real-time status on all orders placed.

One of the fastest-growing barbershop chains in the nation asked us to provide Low Voltage installation hardware and installation support to both corporately owned-locations as well as its franchisees. We designed a totally customized 'store-in-a-box' music system. This solution allowed all franchise locations to provide a consistent customer experience and represent the brand appropriately.

We currently source, stage, and ship all the hardware needed for their new stores. Upon arrival, a technician cables and installs all equipment onsite, including (but not limited to): digital signage, POS machines, firewalls/switches, MDF buildouts, and IP video surveillance systems.
